Emma Smith (200RYT, BSN, RN) has been teaching yoga in Rochester & the surrounding area since 2020. Advocating for authentic spiritual practices has (so far!) led her down the paths of nursing, yoga, religious study, and lifelong apprenticeship of the earth. Classes focus on the 8 limbs of yoga and building courage so we can show up in life grounded, sure of our values, and channeling our fire efficiently. You may also find Emma working in her garden, experimenting in the kitchen, or some other creative outlet!
Registration for all classes closes two (2) days prior to the scheduled event to allow adequate preparation time. We encourage you to register early to secure your spot.
Please park in the Canticle Park parking lot & join us at the gazebo. Please refrain from attending if experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or other illness or have been exposed to any persons infected with COVID-19.
