The Palestinian Human Rights Working Group will host a Panel Discussion on Gaza and the West Bank. Panelists will discuss historical context and current events. Discussion will follow.

Panelists:

Ashraf Askar was born and raised in Palestine. He worked on water access and rights with different local and international organizations. He currently lives in St. Paul.

Bob Goonin is Jewish, a member of Jewish Voice for Peace and a founding member of the Coulee Region Coalition for Palestinian Rights. He visited Palestine in 2019 as part of an environmental justice delegation.
