Registered Nurse
The RN provides comprehensive nursing care within the defined care delivery system and scope of practice for an RN. This position is responsible for supervising nursing care delivery by the nursing care team members under the direction of the Healthcare Managers. Behavior will reflect the Mission of the Sisters of St. Francis to ensure quality of life for the Sisters in their home including person centered care and aging in place philosophy.

LPN
Provides skilled nursing care within the defined care delivery system and scope of practice of an LPN. Administers medications and treatments as prescribed and provides additional care as outlined by each resident’s individualized plan of care. Functions in the charge nurse role and facilitates the replacement of unscheduled absences.
FT, PT, or PRN, every other weekend off, shift premium applies to evening and night shifts. See position description for more details.
Nursing Assistant
Full-time or part-time. This position is responsible for providing personal care & assisting with activities of daily living for the Sisters of St. Francis. CNA experience preferred. Prior long-term care experience required. Please see position description for more details.
TMA – Trained Medication Assistant
This position administers medications and treatments, records appropriate health care information and sets priorities to complete tasks under the supervision of a licensed nurse; provides personal patient care as directed; assists in keeping medication carts clean and organized; follows established policies, procedures and mission of the Healthcare Center. Requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively with all team members and maintain confidentiality. See position description for more details.

Life Enrichment Manager (Full-time)
The Life Enrichment Manager is responsible for the strategic development, ongoing growth, and overall coordination of the Life Enrichment programs at Assisi Heights. Promotes the philosophy and values of the Sisters of Saint Francis with behavior that reflects the Mission of the Sisters to ensure quality of life for the Sisters in their home including person centered care and aging in place philosophy. This position will work with a team of Life Enrichment Coordinators and a Volunteer Coordinator in planning and implementing programs that are tailored to the needs of the Sisters at Assisi Heights.
This position is typically Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department

Sacristan – (Part-time; 15-18 hours/week)
We are seeking a dedicated Sacristan to join our team at Assisi Heights. The sacristan is responsible for the general preparation and organization of the chapel services and ensures the Lourdes Chapel and surrounding areas are conducive to prayer and worship.
Responsibilities:
– Provides set-up and clean-up for Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday Mass
– Maintain cleanliness and order in the sacristy and sanctuary areas
– Helps to ensure that all liturgical positions are filled for the Mass
Skills:
– Knowledge of liturgical practices and traditions preferred
– Attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with all members of the Liturgy Committee
– Respect for religious customs and sensitivity to the sacred nature of the role
