Begin with 40 minutes of Vinyasa flow, incorporating Qigong movements that blend seamlessly, creating smooth transitions and a natural rhythm. End with 20 minutes of Savasana, with optional hands-on or hands-off Reiki for a unique and special dimension to the class.
Please be sure to allow a few extra minutes to pick up your visitor badge, as all guests at Assisi Heights are required to wear a badge during their visit.

Registration for all classes closes two (2) days prior to the scheduled event to allow adequate preparation time. We encourage you to register early to secure your spot.
