Are you in search of serenity, tranquility, and improved health? Consider balancing and circulating your intrinsic energy of “chi”, as the Chinese call it, surrounded by the nature’s beauty on the Assisi Heights hilltop. With the sounds of birds and the Campanile bells, learn a set of 19 easy, slow, meditative movements practiced by people around the globe. It is adaptive to any physical condition, age, and requires no special equipment or dress. The benefits of the practice include peace of mind, relaxed muscles, and genuine calmness. Other benefits may be physical, emotional, or spiritual. This is an 8-session series, not a drop-in class.
Bonnie Sokolov is an accredited instructor of T’ai Chi Chih. She is an adjunct professor at Rochester Community Technical College, teaching Meditation and T’ai Chi Chih.
In the event of inclement weather, sessions may be rescheduled. Please check for updates prior to each session.
