Sunset Labyrinth Walk: An Autumn Reflection – In Person
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 20 | 6:30-7:30PM
$20 | Location: Labyrinth at Assisi Heights
Step into the quiet beauty of an autumn evening with music, spiritual readings, and candlelight that invites you into the Assisi Heights labyrinth. As the sun sets, the labyrinth will be illuminated by candles and luminaries, inviting you into stillness, gratitude, and sacred movement. We will begin in an open circle, walk together in community, and experience time for joyful, free movement before closing with a spiritual reading on walking in the Light of Christ. The evening offers a serene space for reflection, connection, and renewal. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or lawn chair for comfort, and wear walking shoes and clothing that allows ease of movement.
INSTRUCTOR: DAWN MARIE JACOBSON, MD
Dawn Marie Jacobson, MD, is an integrative medicine physician, musician, labyrinth walk facilitator, and yoga teacher. She intentionally selects a playlist of music that will enliven your body, clear your mind, expand your heart, and bring joy to your spirit.
