Sunrise and Birdsong on the Labyrinth (In-person, Outdoors)

Uplift your spirit and soothe your senses during a morning of birdsong, spiritual readings, and walking meditation on the Assisi Heights labyrinth. The labyrinth will be decorated with flowers, creating a beautiful and serene space. We will start with an opening circle, followed by a community labyrinth walk, time for joyful and free movement, and end with a spiritual reading based on the theme of honoring the Earth and all of creation. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or lawn chair as there is limited seating. Wear walking shoes and comfortable clothing that allow for ease of movement. If so called, bring a sacred item to carry during the walk that blesses the Earth, yourself, and other attendees. Non-walkers are also welcome. There are places to sit and meditate or pray as others walk.
We ask all who enter Assisi Heights to recognize that this is the home of the Sisters of Saint Francis. Please be respectful of the property as well as the health of those around you and refrain from attending events if you are sick.
