Sound Meditation for the Feminine Spirit

In honor of Mother’s Day, this gentle class invites you to celebrate and connect with the feminine spirit within us all through reflection and journaling on qualities like strength, nurturing, and intuition. We’ll then relax as healing sounds from crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments wash over us, bringing balance and renewal. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, journal, pen, and water, and dress comfortably in layers to pause, honor yourself, and reconnect with your feminine spirit. This class is for ages 16+.
The program will start promptly at 6:30, and we close doors once a program has started. This helps ensure a cohesive atmosphere and protect the sacred container that is created within the program. Please plan to arrive by 6:15 or 6:20 to get signed in and settled. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
