Step away from worry, discouragement, and anxiety, and into a safe space of peace and harmony. Through meditation, reflection, music, movement, and inclusive rituals, you’ll be guided in Tara Brach’s RAIN process—Recognize, Allow, Investigate, Nurture—to gently support your journey toward light and renewal.
Registration for all classes closes two (2) days prior to the scheduled event to allow adequate preparation time. We encourage you to register early to secure your spot.
We ask all who enter Assisi Heights to recognize that this is the home of the Sisters of Saint Francis. Please be respectful of the property as well as the health of those around you and refrain from attending events if you are sick. Enter through the main doors and check in at the Spirituality Center table in the lobby.
