R&R for Soul Renewal

Take time away from the busyness of life for a day of quiet reflection, contemplative prayer, and spiritual renewal. Begin and end the day with guided meditation, and spend the hours between in personal solitude, walking the labyrinth, participating in Centering Prayer, exploring the grounds, or attending Mass with the Sisters. This retreat offers a peaceful space to rest and return refreshed in mind, body, and spirit.
Bring your own lunch. Drinks and snacks will be provided.
Please be sure to allow a few extra minutes to pick up your visitor badge, as all guests at Assisi Heights are required to wear a badge during their visit.
We ask all who enter Assisi Heights to recognize that this is the home of the Sisters of Saint Francis. Please be respectful of the property as well as the health of those around you and refrain from attending events if you are sick.
Registration for all classes closes two (2) days prior to the scheduled event to allow adequate preparation time. We encourage you to register early to secure your spot.
