Join us to explore mindfulness through inspiring texts, short readings, or poetry with music of the cello. This event is bringing like-minded people of the community together to create a serene space, relish kindness, invite peace, love, and gratitude in the outdoor cathedral at Assisi Heights. Bring a chair and we’ll sit in the outer courtyard. Cell phones are not invited.
Registration for all classes closes two (2) days prior to the scheduled event to allow adequate preparation time. We encourage you to register early to secure your spot.
We ask all who enter Assisi Heights to recognize that this is the home of the Sisters of Saint Francis. Please be respectful of the property as well as the health of those around you and refrain from attending events if you are sick.
