Experience a regular group meditation practice using primarily 30-minute guided meditations. It is time to reflect or ponder for spiritual awareness. No experience is necessary and all are welcome!

Registration for all classes closes two (2) days prior to the scheduled event to allow adequate preparation time. We encourage you to register early to secure your spot.
We ask all who enter Assisi Heights to recognize that this is the home of the Sisters of Saint Francis. Please be respectful of the property as well as the health of those around you and refrain from attending events if you are sick. Please park in the lot in front of Assisi Heights and enter through the main entrance.
