Love, Loss, and Living On offers a compassionate, science-informed path through grief. Grounded in neuroscience, biochemistry, physiology, and lived human experience, this talk helps participants understand why grief touches the mind, body, and spirit so deeply. It also offers practical steps for moving through loss: creating steady routines, calming the nervous system, meeting triggers with gentleness, seeking supportive community, and practicing self-compassion. Participants leave with deeper understanding, renewed hope, and practical ways to live on with love
We encourage you to register as soon as possible. Programs that do not meet the minimum enrollment two days before the scheduled date will be cancelled.
