When in our lives do we feel most lonely? How do we define loneliness? We cannot avoid loneliness, as it is part of the human experience. Is social isolation a part of being lonely? This brief presentation will discuss loneliness, explore signs and symptoms of loneliness, and describe ways in which we as caregivers and health care professionals, can walk alongside of and refer those who are lonely.
Please make sure to download the Zoom app in advance of this program. We will send the Zoom link a few days before the first date of class.
Registration for all classes closes two (2) days prior to the scheduled event to allow adequate preparation time. We encourage you to register early to secure your spot.
