Join us for a unique class that blends conversation, meditation, and sound healing. We’ll begin with a guided meditation, followed by a Kula— a warm, welcoming group discussion on thought-provoking topics that support personal growth and mindfulness. The class concludes with a relaxing sound bath featuring instruments like drum, gong, and wind chimes to deepen your meditative experience.
Patty Stupca is a sound bath practitioner, an accredited T’ai Chi Chih teacher, and a Reiki practitioner. She enjoys connecting to nature by gardening and hiking.
