Give a gift to yourself and regain a freshness that will serve you for the rest of the year. Mindfulness is the practice of purposely bringing your attention to the present moment, the now, accepting who you are and what you bring to any or all experiences without judgement. Learn methods of breaking free from old destructive self-imposed standards, in order to cultivate your best wellbeing. This introductory, experiential class will renew your energy and reduce your anxiety.
This program will give you a taste of the 4-week course that begins on September 28th, if you so choose to register. Try it! You will not be disappointed.
This program will be facilitated by Paula Smith, a steering committee member of Compassionate Rochester MN, a school psychologist, and a certified Dynamic Mindfulness Trainer through Niroga Institute.
