How do you maintain a positive outlook these days? Join us to hear stories of local people who share their stories of hope. Get inspired by our presenters to find strategies for finding joy even in darkness. In addition to stories, we will have time for silent individual reflection as well as a group discussion that buoy your spirits and give you strength to make the changes you need in your life.

Registration for all classes closes two (2) days prior to the scheduled event to allow adequate preparation time. We encourage you to register early to secure your spot.
