Join us for a conscious contemplative practice of being immersed in the feel of the forest – the fragrance, sight and sounds incorporating all the senses. Forest Bathing is therapy for the soul and spirit. The Japanese call in ‘shinrin yohu’. These sessions include a T’ai Chi practice of moving meditation in the midst of the trees.
Ivonne Begue-Benso brings the life and spirit of Argentina to this exercise as an instructor and practitioner of T’ai Chi Chih for many years.
In the event of inclement weather, classes may be rescheduled. Please check for updates prior to each class.
