Elder Café (Via Zoom)

Elder Café is a gathering of neighborhood folks to discuss questions related to aging, offering new ways to make a difference in our lives. Discussion centers on issues we all face, such as: What is hard about the aging process? Are elders being left out? What prejudices have you experienced? What does age mean? What is good about aging? The effort is to share our collective knowledge on issues that matter. Once aware of the power of conversation we can use it to our benefit. Enjoy your own coffee brew in your favorite armchair and learn from others like yourself.

Facilitators: Sister Linda Wieser has been teaching meditation, offering spiritual direction, and serving as Certified Life Coach for over 30 years. Sister Marlys Jax, is the program coordinator for the Assisi Heights Spirituality Center and has many years of experience facilitating groups.
