In today’s chaotic world, it’s important to remember that three key factors shape how external events impact our inner world. Visual journaling combines drawing and writing to express and interpret feelings, fostering self-discovery and transformation. In each of these workshops, you’ll create four images that serve as stepping stones toward renewed inner peace and hope.

Registration for all classes closes two (2) days prior to the scheduled event to allow adequate preparation time. We encourage you to register early to secure your spot.
Please be sure to allow a few extra minutes to pick up your visitor badge, as all guests at Assisi Heights are required to wear a badge during their visit.
