Step away from the noise of daily life and enter a sacred space of stillness. This day retreat invites you to rest in quiet reflection, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and listen for the gentle movement of Spirit within. Through guided meditation, reflective prompts, and spacious time for personal solitude, you’ll have the opportunity to release, renew, and return to life with a clearer heart and a centered mind.
Bring your own lunch. Drinks and snacks will be provided.

Prayer for Soul Renewal
A Prayer Invoking Divine Light and Compassion
Oh, Spirit divine,
It is Mystery, in an act of love, who called us to respond to the invitation for this day set apart for soul renewal. Your light beckons us to slow down and enter a holy pause, to linger in silence and stillness. Illumine within us all that keeps us from seeing. Empower us to release all that blinds us to your compassion for us. May we bask in your Love Light, renewed to be the salt of the world, with your light shining from us in all of who we are. Amen.
Registration for all classes closes two (2) days prior to the scheduled event to allow adequate preparation time. We encourage you to register early to secure your spot.
Please be sure to allow a few extra minutes to pick up your visitor badge, as all guests at Assisi Heights are required to wear a badge during their visit.
