The RN provides comprehensive nursing care within the defined care delivery system and scope of practice for an RN. This position is responsible for supervising nursing care delivery by the nursing care team members under the direction of the Healthcare Managers. Behavior will reflect the Mission of the Sisters of St. Francis to ensure quality of life for the Sisters in their home including person centered care and aging in place philosophy.

Provides skilled nursing care within the defined care delivery system and scope of practice of an LPN. Administers medications and treatments as prescribed and provides additional care as outlined by each resident’s individualized plan of care. Functions in the charge nurse role and facilitates the replacement of unscheduled absences.

FT, PT, every other weekend off, shift premium applies to evening and night shifts. See position description for more details. LPN – wage range $24.83 – $35.80.

Full-time or part-time. This position is responsible for providing personal care & assisting with activities of daily living for the Sisters of St. Francis. CNA experience preferred. Prior long-term care experience required.

This position administers medications and treatments, records appropriate health care information and sets priorities to complete tasks under the supervision of a licensed nurse; provides personal patient care as directed; assists in keeping medication carts clean and organized; follows established policies, procedures and mission of the Healthcare Center. Requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively with all team members and maintain confidentiality.
