Cathy Ashton arranged for local storytellers to share their personal stories of compassion during an event at Rochesterfest 2024.
“Honoring and supporting compassionate thoughts and actions that already exist in our community,” Compassion Rochester was formed. The thought was, “To grow a culture of compassion as a binding force in our community,” shares Compassionate Rochester founder Cathy Ashton during the Compassionate Rochester storytelling event at Rochesterfest 2024.
